Wholesale FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 50 units per product style. Mixed orders across several styles are welcome and count toward the same volume tier.

Can I get a sample before committing?

Yes. On approved enquiries we produce a physical branded sample so you can check materials, stitching and logo placement before the full run goes ahead.

How long does production take?

Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from mockup approval. Rush production is available on selected categories — tell us your deadline in the form and we will confirm what is possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. Freight is quoted separately based on volume and destination, and we can work with your own forwarder if you prefer.

What are your payment terms?

New accounts typically start with a deposit on order confirmation and the balance before dispatch. Repeat customers can discuss extended terms with their account manager.

Can you produce a product that is not listed?

Often, yes. Send us reference images and your specification in the enquiry form and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it well.
